    Fold and Form lining technology is an advanced trenchless pipeline repair technology that utilizes the reheating and reshaping properties of thermoplastic polymer materials. Factory-preformed I-shaped or C-shaped liners are softened with steam, pulled into the host pipe, and then expanded through secondary heating and pressurization to tightly adhere to the existing pipe wall. Once cooled, the liner forms a high-strength structural rehabilitation layer.

    1. Pipeline Inspection

    A CCTV camera inspection is first conducted to assess the internal condition and identify issues within the host pipe.

    2. Pipeline Pre-treatment

    The pipe is thoroughly cleaned to remove debris and blockages, ensuring a clean surface for optimal liner adhesion.

    3. Liner Preheating

    The PVC liner is softened in a preheating oven to increase its flexibility and prepare it for installation.

    4. Liner Pull-in

    The heated, folded liner is winched into the host pipe through a manhole or access point without excavation.

    5. Plug Installation

    Inflatable plugs are installed at both ends of the liner section to create a sealed environment for the next stage.

    6. Liner Heating and Pressurization

    Pressurized steam is introduced to expand the liner tightly against the host pipe walls, forming a tight, structural "pipe-within-a-pipe".

    7. Liner Cooling and Shaping

    The liner is cooled using a controlled air-water mixture to set its new shape and achieve initial structural strength.

    8. End Flanging Treatment

    The liner ends are thermally formed into flanges against the host pipe, creating a seamless and secure connection at the termination points.
